So many Juju Mamas want a baby, but when I ask, “When do you ovulate?” most women stare at the ceiling like they’re trying to solve a math problem. And that’s exactly where the fertility journey gets blocked.

You cannot call in a baby if you are missing the timing, the signs, and the messages your womb is already whispering to you.

By the time you finish this, you’re going to say, “Wow. I did not know that.”

First: Only 13 Percent of Women Ovulate on Day 14

Day 14 is a myth. A fantasy. A cute idea from somebody’s biology textbook.

Most women ovulate on:

  • Day 11

  • Day 16

  • Day 18

  • Day 20

Your cycle is personal. Your timing is personal.

If you’re not tracking your own body, you are relying on luck.

Second: You Must Track Your Cycle Like You Mean It

Because your womb is giving you signals every single day.

The cycle phases you NEED to know

Menstrual Phase

Release. Reset. Renewal.

Follicular Phase

Eggs are preparing. Hormones are rising.

Ovulatory Phase

The main event. The egg drops. This is your baby-making window.

Luteal Phase

Your body either prepares for implantation or prepares for another cycle.

How to KNOW your real ovulation window

If I wanted a baby in the next 3 months, I would be doing this daily:

1. BBT (basal body temperature)

Your temperature rises after ovulation. This confirms timing.

2. Cervical mucus

This is your womb’s real-time report card.

  • Creamy means you’re getting close.

  • Watery means your body is warming up.

  • Egg white means “girl… go make your baby NOW.”

3. Ovulation predictor kits

The cheap little strips you ignore are the key to your timeline.

4. Cervical position

High, soft, open means your womb is ready for business.

Do not rely on one sign. Track the full picture.

Third: A Cold Womb Cannot Conceive Easily

This is the part doctors never talk about, but traditional medicine has known it for centuries.

A cold womb is a womb with:

  • Poor circulation

  • Slow blood flow

  • Sluggish hormone signaling

  • Inflammation that does not move

  • Tissue that becomes stagnant

A cold womb cannot:
  • Fight off inflammation

  • Break down waste

  • Push out old blood fully

  • Prevent cysts

  • Prevent fibroids

  • Communicate properly with the brain

Think of your womb like a room with no heat. Nothing moves. Nothing grows. Everything stiffens.

Signs of a cold womb

  • Painful periods

  • Dark blood

  • Clots

  • Pelvic heaviness

  • Cramps at ovulation

  • Low libido

  • Cold hands and feet

  • Spotting before your period

If your womb is cold, your ovulation is often delayed, weak, or inconsistent.

Womb warmth matters more than most women realize.

Fourth: Inflammation Is Blocking More Pregnancies Than Age

A warm womb moves. A cold womb clogs.

Inflammation stops:
  • Proper blood flow

  • Hormonal balance

  • Egg maturation

  • Implantation

And here is a statistic that will shock you:

Nearly 40 percent of infertility cases today are linked to sperm issues, not eggs.

So, before you blame your age or your ovaries, understand that your womb might be fine, but the inflammation could be blocking the sperm, rejecting the sperm, or creating an environment the sperm cannot survive in.

Fifth: Fertility Herbs Do Not Work If Your Liver Is Sluggish

Your liver runs the entire hormonal show.

If the liver is congested, stressed, or overworked:
  • Estrogen piles up

  • Progesterone dips

  • Ovulation weakens

  • Cycles become irregular

  • PMS gets worse

This is why some women take herbs and swear “nothing is happening.”

Nothing CAN happen if the liver cannot process hormones.

Herbs to support the liver and womb

Milk thistle

Cleans and resets the liver.

Dandelion root

Supports hormone clearance.

Schisandra

A powerhouse herb for liver strength.

Shatavari

One of the BEST herbs for women. Supports ovulation, restores fertility energy, balances hormones, and nourishes the womb.

Red raspberry leaf

Helps implantation by strengthening the uterine lining.

Vitex

Supports progesterone, but only when the liver is healthy.

Sixth: Sperm Is Half the Story and Most Women Do Not Know It

Women come to me thinking they are the problem when the statistics say otherwise.

Recent studies show:
  • Sperm counts have dropped over 50 percent worldwide.

  • Motility issues are increasing.

  • Morphology issues are rising.

And for some of you, your womb is literally rejecting his seed because:
  • Your immune systems are incompatible

  • Inflammation is too high

  • Vaginal microbiome is imbalanced

  • Emotional trauma is stored in the womb

  • You are not energetically aligned with him

Sometimes your womb knows before you do.

Herbs and supplements for HIM

  • Zinc

  • Vitamin C

  • Maca

  • Ashwagandha

  • Omega 3

  • CoQ10

No hot tubs. No laptops on his lap. Less vaping. Less alcohol. More sleep.

If I Wanted A Baby In the Next 3 Months, Here Is Exactly What I Would Do

1. Warm my womb daily

Heating pad. Castor oil packs. Warm foods. No iced drinks.

2. Track ovulation every day

BBT, mucus, strips, cervical position.

3. Heal inflammation

Omega 3s. Turmeric. Hydration. Anti-inflammatory foods.

4. Clean my liver

Milk thistle. Dandelion. Schisandra.

5. Strengthen my womb with Shatavari and raspberry leaf

6. Put my partner on a sperm-support protocol

7. Do womb-clearing rituals to move stagnant emotional energy

8. Make sure sex happens during the actual fertile window, not “whenever.”

Timing is everything.
Warmth is everything.
Circulation is everything.
He is half of everything.

When you understand this, conception shifts.
